Nicola Orsini

Nicola Orsini approached Rometti out of passion, driven by a strong attraction to art and to the world of craftsmanship. Even before completing his high school studies, he chose to enter the manufactory to observe, learn, and experience the daily life of the workshop firsthand, with the desire to absorb the gestures and knowledge that build the craft. Rometti immediately welcomed his enthusiasm and curiosity, recognizing in this path the same spirit that has always guided the manufactory: supporting new generations and passing on a body of knowledge that continues to evolve over time. A vision that lives on today through initiatives dedicated to young artists and designers, with the aim of keeping the culture of ceramics alive. From this experience comes the Tsuki collection, a project in which Nicola Orsini translates his sensitive perspective into essential, contemporary forms — the expression of a journey that brings together apprenticeship, research, and personal vision.
A passion born from encountering the act of making. In Nicola Orsini’s work, sensitivity becomes a quiet strength that takes shape in space.
